When assisting users in threads, it’s important to mark the thread as resolved once the issue has been resolved. This helps keep the server organized and allows other staff members to easily identify which threads still require attention. To mark a thread as resolved, use the/resolved command within the thread.
Staff or Manager Assistance required
If a staff member or manager is needed to resolve an issue, ping the appropriate person. If the problem involves private information (such as an email), instruct the user to open a#ticket instead.
